ehy dear , your post is interesting. can you do it with the female figure too? or can we say that it is the same thing? in women do you also make a distinction of rectangular body, apple body and pear body? I unfortunately have a low metabolism, I would say non-existent (!!) and even fattening just by breathing! people find it hard to understand when I say that I try to stay on a diet as much as possible and I never lose weight.
