I have seen this disease up close..Unfortunately, two of my very close family members have had to fight this disease in the past. It was traumatizing for the family to find out their very own loved ones happen to be suffering from so much pain. The thing about cancer is that you never know when it's being developed within you. One day you are walking and doing all things fine and the next day you find out that there has been a tumor developing inside your body that is so dangerous that it could take your life within days. The sad part is that sometimes you find out about it so late that very little chance of survival is left.

It gave me the inspiration to move forward with my life with positive energy and try to value my life by taking care of my body and health. Eating habits
Of course, this involves changing a lot of your eating habits. It is very important to be careful about what goes inside your body because eating hazardous food can be one of the major reasons for forming a tumor in your body. You can start by sorting out what to eat and what to absolutely avoid. Here are some helpful tips:
- There is absolutely zero advantage of drinking sugary, fizzy drinks. If you are a regular drinker of such drinks and even if you think that you can’t have a meal without a drink, you must start cutting down on it from today! I used to be such a fan of fizzy drinks until one of my friends pointed out how bad it is for me and how she has had o struggle with avoiding it in her past. That really inspired me and I started controlling my intake. Eventually, I started finding no harm in having my meal without a drink or with fresh juice. It feels liberating. - One of the most beneficial superfoods is the broccoli that every nutritionist and doctor suggests one must have at least once a day. However, there are different ways of eating it. One of the studies suggests that people who spend their time sitting most of the time of the day have a higher risk developing cancer than those who prefer staying active. This applies to not just lazy people who like to spend their day in front of the TV but also to people who are mostly engaged in computer work and spend the most productive time of the day at the office sitting in front of screens. If you are one of those, make it a habit to stand and stretch and then walk a little every hour at the office.
