So I made my decision that I want to try to do a Hard Dry Fast today.
There is Soft Dry Fast and there is Hard Dry Fast.
SDF is when you don't eat and don't drink anything.
HDF is when you don't eat or drink anything AND you don't take a shower or come into contact with water since you can absorb water through the skin.
I went for the HDF today but I washed my right hand but quickly dried it off, I don't think that makes a difference.
Since I went for the HDF just for today I figured it is best if I don't workout, no way I am hitting the gym today with no water on me.
I am curious to know how many people reading this have done a hard/soft dry fast, or any other fast for that matter and what did you think? How was your experience and what kinds of results did you get?
