In Canada we have an annual mental health awareness day. Today is that day. It is called Bell Let’s Talk Day.
The point of the day is to have people feel as open as possible discussing this issue. I know that it is very difficult for some people to discuss mental health issues, but talking about it can really help.
There are so many people and resources to help people with mental heakth stuggles. We all know people that can benefit from greater aweareness of memtal health challenges so let’s all talk and try to make a positive change.
