I remember on my trip to India, I ordered a glass of Lemongrass tea, and the waiter walked outside to the garden, shears in hand, and cut a beautiful little stalk of Lemongrass, put it in a cup with hot water and brought it to me. It was so soothing and tasty. In the states I came across Lemongrass and ginger tea, different from fresh of course but still so wonderful.
