I do not know about you but I have to start my day with coffee, before I do anything else. It is no better way to kick my morning into gear. I believe that many of you loves coffee with various sweeteneres or creamers, but did you try to add spices?
I combine my coffee with rice milk, cinnamon, pepper and curcuma, it adds a very interesting flavor & makes coffee also healthier. Why?
Curcuma:
- improve digestion,
- help prever, control or even kill several types of cancer,
- helps fight stomach ulcers, diabetes, bacterial and viral infections,
- it is a powerful antioxidant,
- lower cholesterol levels.
Pepper:
- combining the pepper with the curcumin enhances curcumin absorption,
- prevents cancer,
- improves digestion.
Cinnamon:
- loaded with antioxidants,
- has Anti – inflammatory properties,
- reduces risk of heart disease,
- lower blood sugar levels,
- lower your risk of cancer,
- helps fight bacterial and fungal infections.
