What makes you happy?
We each have things that we like to do that make us happy, but to each of us it's different.
I like to workout and that makes me happy, but some people don't like to workout so practice playing the piano for the same feeling in the gym.
This is due to the same release of feel good chemicals that are responsible for our feelings of happiness.
when one of these chemicals contact with your brain
Keeping these chemicals in your body as often blocks the ability for cortisol which is the opposite to theses feel good chemicals to operate and cause stress and depression.
Take care of you body inside and out and do what ever makes you the happiest more.
