I was first introduced to green juicing after watching a Youtube documentary on a 60-year-old lady who has been juicing for 30 years and literally looks 30. I was blown away. I thought to myself, I’m definitely not getting any younger, so if I want to look youthful and feel vibrant, I better listen to this lady.
Since then, I’ve been drinking a green juice daily. I feel amazing! My morning routine usually consists of 16-32 oz of green juice along with my morning supplements. Definitely an awesome way to start any day!
My favorite juicing recipe is:
2 apples
2 stalks of celery
1/2 cucumber
Small handful of cilantro
