OK. Thanks. I lived in Ontario most of my life. But New Brunswick is where I'm located now. It is very similar. The Plants along the ocean shoreline are not in Ontario as far as I know. There are a handful that have a long tradition here among the Acadians and First Nations people and are still much used today. Such as Samphire Greens.
