If you read one of my early post about Congress, it's probably no surprise that I believe we should eliminate health insurance companies. Just like Congress, health insurance companies do not produce anything tangible. And just like Congress they are nothing more than middle men driving up the cost of healthcare for everyone.
Obamacare is nothing more than a tax on the American people and it's also a monopoly in healthcare. When the government gives subsidies and will not allow competition in the market you get really crappy insurance. If Obamacare is so good, why do members of Congress have a completely different plan? Why can't I buy health insurance from another state? Why is their not standard pricing for simple procedures? And most importantly, why do we allow these companies to profit from sick and dying people? These are questions that we all should be asking our "representatives."
The sad thing is that their are very simple solutions to these problems. Unfortunately, our politicians are to greedy to do what needs to be done. No one in this country should be bankrupt because of healthcare. Everyone in this country needs healthcare, so demand is not an issue. Let me know what you think in the comment section below.
