at this post i provide some information for you about a lots of things that if you dont fallow you can not have musclar body
one of them is (protein):
1-protein is must important think for make muscle .if you dont use it you cant have muscle yet exactly
there are lots of refrences protein that you can use as you can see in the picture chicken is very good meal and it has protein without fat
fish is good and when you are near the challenge and you want have muscle without any fat its very good to have it in your food plane(fish has omega3 and its necessary for recovery your body )
lentils have full of vegetal protein and fiber and its very good for recovery your muscle after gym
milk is full of protein too and it has low fat and high fat so what ever you need in your food plane you can use but it has a problem and its lactoz because many peolpe cant digest lactoz so they dont drink milk
number 2 is have training (regularly):
if you havent got trainig regular you cant have big muscle.you most have train at least 1.30 minutes 4 time in the week
number 3 is using vitamins and minerals:
you must eat different frouts and vejetable at different time in a day to product vitamins and minerals for your body
