I completed the 28 Day Diet and I'm so proud of myself!
The hardest thing was definitely not to cheat over the weekends, but it was all worth the while, I couldn't be happier!
The most important thing is to never compare yourself to someone else, our bodies are different and we will loose weight differently.
Remember to stay motivated and dedicated no matter what, you are doing this for your yourself :)
