
So I’ve been eating homemade granola yogurt jar for breakfast in the past two weeks! They are AMAZING😍 I basically just throw in a thin layer of granola, a layer of fruits or nuts, dates, then another layer of Greek yogurt( sugar free), top up with some chia seeds or hemp seeds/ fruits!! If you are a sweet tooth then you can add some maple syrup or honey to satisfy your desert cravings!!
