True. I think you just answered the question people have always had about mixed race marriage. The King of the Universe sees all humans as just that, human. Yet, many Jewish parents would be aghast if their son brought home a girl of another race/culture, yet God never mentions any of that folly in this story. Talk about inclusive!

We will see others in the next book, Exodus, that are completely shunned by The Creator. Clue, they were not human and had six fingers instead of five.
