Some leaders are born while some are made, but bear it in mind that most leaders are more made than born, most leaders grew up to be influenced by the environment around them, they embraces the outcome and groom themselves to be better individuals, as such resulting and placing them on the leadership board. Although most leaders are born, never miss to acknowledge the fact that, the gifts of leadership we possess all drained down from a supreme being (God).
