If he is guilty why he is free? If he is not, why did you arrest him in the first place?

The thing that I hate about it is that, his followers. They actually do drugs. Not all of them. But some of them. I saw some videos on twitter, they shared themselves with the tag and doing drugs... So... Why don't you arrest them and test their blood? Ask the dealer and resolve this problem?
