Strange Occurrences Here!! Maybe Someone Out There is Seeing This Issue
We are having a strange issue here at the house with Google Chrome off and on since yesterday. I been Googling it with no answer so here asking the community if anyone else is seeing this one. Last night I tried to save an image of mine off of Google Drive but when it downloads it went straight to telling me download failed. I kept trying and trying but would never work and the wifi was fine. So I went from there to Google Images and the same thing, then a bunch of sites like Facebook, Twitter, and even to my yahoo saved folders but no image would download. I tried a video file, worked, tried a program install and that worked fine. But once again an image would not download, instant fail in Chrome.
So I tried something nuts, I turned off my wifi adapter and reconnected to the internet, went back to square one image and it magically downloaded like the issue never happened. Not too strange, thought maybe a glitch in the system on Chromes side, a defunct update but after looking no update or viruses after checks was evident.
Alrighty, so I fixed it....and I cast it aside like no big deal but just an hour ago now on our other computer, my fiance's the same exact issue is happening. Fine on my machine but no images will download on hers. This time though a restart of the wifi is not working nor a reboot of her pc is correcting this image download failure.
Has anyone here seen this with Chrome? Seems fine in other browsers but Chrome is being a pain about image downloads. Figured ask my Steemit family if they know what could be the root issue of this, doesn't appear to be a virus...everything else seems fine on both machines. If you know, comment...its irritating me to death today lol.
