It’s the holiday season, and we have so much to celebrate. Celebrating is needed. We love to write about all the milestones we achieved. It’s the Hiversary of the Terminal, but we also celebrate the Hiversary of our HEY! HAVE YA MET..? (
Hive account@heyhaveyamet ) account. With the birth of the account and the first blog to introduce newcomers to the blockchain.

We started out with
Hive account@xcountytravelers and I
have to say, she stepped down and
Hive account@jamerussell came in Heyhaveyamet life. We have been a team ever since. We have introduced so many new arrivals to first Steem and now Hive.
This project is needed and is joined at the hip to the discord server the Terminal. Many come to discord because we as team
Hive account@heyhaveyamet introduce them and help them make the next step. We hope to be here for many years to come.
To James I want to say :

We are a round the clock team and we scan who we want to feature on the blogs we do ( almost ) daily. We talk at night after my shift and in the morning after yours. We have our own humor and respect each other very much.
Our commitment to succeed, and to be the best duo-team for introductions, that is what made the difference on the blockchain for new arrivals the past 3 years.
So thank you let’s make it 4!
Much love Britt
Oh and James the love was there very early 😉 @jamerussell/hey-have-ya-met-anniversary-contest

Of course we have to thank
Hive account@xcountytravelers but we hope that she enjoys her retirement and are glad she still keeps in touch in office.
Also thanks to the loyal hivers that have supported us with comments and upvotes. The new arrivals and we are happy they get the attention every newbie deserves.
So of course we do an intro
Hive account@heyhaveyamet later tonight but this is a blog that was needed.
Thanks to all the delegators of the project!
To Britt
This has been a totally awesome adventure for me to be involved with, and I could not work with a better colleague, we have worked together to bring as many of the new Hiveans and welcome them as possible. We have, in fact, been able to do this almost 7 days a week so that is to our credit.
We have had some pretty awesome intros also, which is a massive side benefit of doing these. I get to see some totally exciting photos and some most excellent write ups as well. It does give us heads up as to who is going to really benefit the Hive blockchain the most as well. And, we appreciate every single one of the new Hiveans.

Thank you so much for joining
Hive account@brittandjosie and
Hive account@jamerussell in this endeavor. We wanted to do our part in helping new people get their introductions noticed. We understand how they must be feeling because we have been exactly where they are.
Hive account@brittandjosie was very frustrated because she knew she had a very good quality post with little reaction while other "trending" introductions were a poor quality photo and little verbiage. She was so discouraged and heartbroken; this should not happen to anyone. Therefore, we are on the lookout for these people and will do our best to bring them to your attention.

This would enable us to connect and engage with even more new Hive accounts! If so, please contact Britt or Kitty in The Terminal's Discord server or down below in the comments, or by clicking the "quick-delegation" links, below. We appreciate your interest in helping us help others.
Whether one has been on the blockchain for three days or three
years, there are always questions!
Hive account@theterminal, founded in December 2018, is a project that answers questions people have about the workings and etiquette of participating on the Hive blockchain. We answer questions about use of the Discord app, as well. A few users of Hive's 'legacy blockchain' have also sought assistance. Everyone is welcome.
Those who delegate to
Hive account@theterminal will be awarded a "Terminal Supporter" badge on their blockchain profile, the "Patron" role in our Discord server, and our humble gratitude.

The sister-project to TheTerminal is
Hive account@heyhaveyamet (HHYM), founded in October 2018 and still going strong. The goal of HHYM is to look through the #introduceyourself posts of those new to the blockchain and welcome the new arrivals and gather links to their introductory posts in a daily curation post. New accounts are carefully checked for effort, plagiarism, and account-farming before being featured.
