So HardFork19 just happened ... and for new users it's awesome

I guess for new users (not unlike me) this is really quite the forkening.
My pending payouts just quintupled.

I think for the platform as a whole, this is excellent news. This will attract new users much easier seeing as the returns for being active are much higher.

It will mean with even a couple of lowpowered votes, new users van still get some decent money for their hard worked posts.

All in all, I believe this will turn out for the better.
