On ski to Kopparfjellet 900 meter above sea .
During the Easter holiday we did a hike to a peak to a mountain called Kopparfjellet. The hike is around 10 km and go mainly upwards with some flat areas on the way up. We used around 2,5 hours up to the highest point. The weather was great, almost no wind and no reason to hurry.
From the parking the trail go up and behind this part of the mountain area.
When the first part is done the terrain is not so steep...
...util this steep slope where you can test the puls.
On the top of the slope you can see our ski trails where we came from.
From the top of the slope we can see the goal, the highest point of Kopparfjellet.
From here and up we have a nice view to the surrounding mountains.
Almost at the target.
Here are some pictures from the top with 360 degree view to the area around the top.
Something to eat and drink, and a rest is important.
Skiing downhill is easy and fun, just relax and enjoy the view.
Nero run off one of his socks on the way down.
A great hike and tumbs up.
Have a sunny day. Best regards
Harald
