Hi Hive!
Sorry for being so quiet but my health went south recently and my University kicked my bum. The usual.
I'm feeling absolutely awful, my stomach is turning and twisting, yet I can't get to the doctors because I'm being ignored.
But I'm not here to talk about sad stuff.
On Monday, my dear human took me for a little adventure.
I love walking, it makes me happy. I don't need a specific reason to walk, I just like doing it. Mountains, forests and other like that, I just like to be able to go deep in my head and walk wherever my legs are gonna take me.
On Monday, Aaron took me to Digley Resoviour for a little walk because I really needed it, my mood was low, I felt rather disgusting so he made me leave the house so I don't sit there and cry.
On the way there, we saw something super cool.
Very low cloud, almost hugging the hills.
It looked absolutely amazing!
It was a combination between beautiful Stratus clouds and thick fog and that made me super happy!
It's so magical when you can see them almost rolling down the hill.
When we got to the reservoir I was rambling away about my Pagan beliefs and smelling forest floor to see if I can smell any mushrooms (I can smell if mushrooms grow on a certain soil or not, I can't explain it, I legit can't).
It's been so good to leave the house, take some photos, enjoy the fresh air, it smelled so different than city air.
I didn't know I needed it but I really did.
It was beautiful, even tho Digley Resoviour is not the biggest one, its definitely a beautiful one!
Also! So many doggos 😍
The only problem is that Aaron forgot to mention to put some walking shoes on (I had zero idea where we are going) and I was rawing it with my Vans on.
My poor cold feet haha😂
On the way back, we also had to stop for a bit because the cloud/fog situation happened again but literally in front of us!
It was everywhere, felt like mystical things are about to happen!
Silent Hill vibes and all that!
It was so epic, I legit didn't want to leave.
After our little adventure we went to a small cafe in Holmfirth and it was lovely!
I only have one question.
What the f*** is this? *gets confused in foreign *
I love nature, not only because I'm a Pagan but because nature is the best.
It's beautiful and we so don't appreciate it enough!
It breaks my heart when I see rubbish in forests, rivers etc
Because of our constant rat race we forget about the basic thing that keeps us alive.
Mother Nature.
She is really trying, wish we all could make it a bit easier for her.
She is tired and we can see it more and more every day.
Monther Nature deserves better.
