Located at an average elevation of 1,700 meters above sea level, Ziro is one of the most picturesque hill towns in Arunachal Pradesh. The best part of Ziro is that the entire town can be covered on foot and is famous for its vast paddy fields, hills, rivers, serene meadows and valleys. The town can be visited all year round but monsoons should be avoided due to heavy rainfall.
