India's National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) has recently released its data covering the period from 2014 to 2016, wherein Nagaland ranks lowest among northeast states in Indian Penal Code (IPC) crimes and crime rate (2014 - 2016).
Propaganda As "Disturbed Area"
India's propaganda however treated this lowest crime area as "Disturbed Area", then imposed emergency law, which goes by the name of AFSPA. AFSPA stands for Armed Forces Special Powers Act. Under this law, the right to life stands nullified.
Who disturbed whom?
