Nations like Sumerians or Phoenicians who were once mighty vanished from the face of earth. But Jews still exist, they are the second only to the Greeks who influenced our world this much being such a small nation. Contrary to the common belief, Jewish people aren't homogeneous. It seems there is at least some historicity to the mythical lost tribes of Israel. India along with other countries has been home to known and unknown Jewish people since long before.
