Welcome to my today's new blog. I will share a new recipe with you which is Beef Biriyani☺️.
After a long time, I am sharing a cooking blog with you and one of my favorite community #HiveFood.Biryani is one of my favorite dishes. So, I cooked this beef biryani to share the joy with my family on the occasion of Eid. Everyone praised it a lot after eating it.That's why I thought I'd share a little with you.
So let's talk about the ingredients and preparation method in detail.
Cooking Ingredients
●Beef (3cup)
●Rice (4½cup)
●Potatoes (1 cup)
●Chopped onion (2 tablespoon)
●Sour yogurt (1 cup)
●Ginger paste(1½ tablespoon)
●Garlic paste (2 tablespoon)
●Cumin paste (1½ teaspoon)
●Onion paste (2 tablespoon)
●Green chilli paste (1½ tablespoon)
●Salt powder (2½ tablespoon)
●Chilli powder (2½ tablespoon)
●Biryani masala
Procedure Method👩🍳
Step- 1. To start this recipe, you need to take all the ingredients(except rice, onion chopped and biriyani masala) I mentioned in a bowl and mix them well with all your might. Then, let the meat rest for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Step- 2. Then I put a pot on the stove, heated the oil, and added half the chopped onions.
Then, when they turned brown, I removed the onions.
Step- 3. Then, a beautiful smell came out in the oil in which the chopped onion was fried. In that oil, I fried the chopped potatoes well with salt and turmeric. Here, you can add orange food color to give the potatoes a beautiful color.
But I was skip it.
Step- 4. Now fry the half of the chopped onion the oil untill
it turns light brown.
Step- 5. When the onions turn light brown, add the marinated
and stir well.
Step- 6. The meat should be stirred well and be careful not to stick to the bottom of the pot. The meat should be cooked for a while in this way until the meat is cooked.
Step- 7. Then remove the meat in a separate bowl. Add the pre-washed rice to the meat gravy. Now mix the rice with the gravy and fry well.
Step- 8. After frying the rice well, add the cooked potatoes and meat to it. Then mix them well.
Step- 9. Then, to cook the rice well, add double the amount of water for four cups of rice, i.e., water to cover it. After cooking well, remove the biryani from the stove and cover it with a lid.
Step- 10. Finally, your job is to decorate and serve the biryani beautifully to enhance its beauty😊😊.

Although Biryani is cooked in different ways in different countries of the world, it is basically known as a royal dish. Since the distant Mughal period, the practice of cooking Biryani has been going on in Bangladesh and India. Its taste, smell and specialty are hidden in all the ingredients of Biryani.
Fragrant rice that remains fresh even after cooking and spreads its aroma. Due to the long marinating of the meat, all the spices penetrate well into it and cook quickly, so that your teeth do not have to suffer much😁😁. Due to the use of sour curd, this process is quick and a fairly good gravy is made. The spices of Biryani are like the royal taste hidden in it and after cooking it spreads all around like latent knowledge.Adding peyaj beresta adds a crunchy taste to the biryani and enhances its beauty. I added some lemon, cucumber and red tomato to enhance the freshness.
