Hello, friends.I tried a dish today traditionally called Suji ka Halwa.Super easy to make ready within 15 mins
- Take a pan add oil and
Cardamom crushed is better. - Add 1 cup semolina (Suji).
Roast on low flame till
golden till it smells nice. - Add 3 cups water 1 cup sugar
Mix continuously. - Add color yellow, orange if
you like. - Keep stirring till water
evaporates oil shows.
When it's ready top it with chopped dry fruits like pistachio, almond,raisins and cashew nuts.
Done eat with spoon roti or puri.
