Es un placer saludarles ,tenía hace algún tiempo que no compartía en esta comunidad mis recetas caseras muy sencillas para el disfrute de ustedes,me gustaría enseñarles como me he preparado un delicioso y muy rico dulce de duraznos o duraznos en almíbar como lo conocemos en otras regiones, tenía algunos duraznos un tanto pasados simplemente les quité lo que estaba pasado a algunos y así no se perdieran la verdad siento que queda aún mas delicioso el almíbar cuando los duraznos que utilizamos para hacerlo estan muy maduros porque están dulces y se disfruta mas del sabor a la hora de prepararlo.

Ingredientes(4 porciones):

4 Duraznos maduros
300 ml de agua
100 gr de azúcar
Clavitos de olor

4 ripe peaches

300 ml water

100 g sugar

Procedimiento:

Paso 01

Lo primero que haremos será lavar bien los duraznos si es posible con agua caliente para retirar la suciedad que puedan tener en la superficie de la cáscara,vamos después a cortar en trocitos nuestros duraznos en trozos pequeños por supuesto.

Después de haberlos cortado en trocitos vamos a pasarlos a una olla honda con el agua suficiente que tenemos reservada para el mismo y lo llevamos a fuego lento para evitar que mientras hierva se nos queme.

Paso 03

Estaré agregando mi azúcar completamente para que se vaya cocinando y los trocitos de duraznos puedan absorber mucho más el azúcar mientras se va derritiendo con el agua caliente,dejamos que hierva durante 40 minutos.

I'll be adding my sugar completely so that it cooks and the peach pieces can absorb much more sugar as it melts with the hot water. We let it boil for 40 minutes.

Paso 04

A medida que pasan los minutos vamos a ur viendo si los duraznos se ablandan en el caso de que se ablanden pues dejamos otros 10 minutos más para que se pongan suaves y ya podemos retirar del fuego dejando reposar a temperatura ambiente durante 1 hora luego refrigeramos 1 hora más así podremos degustar.

As the minutes pass, we will see if the peaches soften. If they do, we leave them for another 10 minutes so that they become soft and we can remove them from the heat, letting them rest at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for 1 more hour so we can enjoy them.
