Un gusto para mí saludarles está bonita tarde,hoy les compartiré una receta que amo hacer ,se trata de un biscocho muy esponjoso para merendar o para rellenar,siempre me guío por la receta que me dió mi abuela para prepararlo y quise compartirla el dia de hoy con ustedes ,espero les guste mucho y si desean hacerla guarden la receta en un sitio donde se acuerden ,no hagan como yo que las rectas que me dan las pierdo y luego se me olvida jajaja,bueno amigos vamos con los ingredientes.

I always follow my grandmother's recipe, and I wanted to share it with you today. I hope you like it, and if you decide to make it, save the recipe somewhere you'll remember it. Don't be like me and lose the recipes I'm given and then forget them! Haha. Okay, friends, let's get to the ingredients.

- 500 gr de harina de trigo
- 2 huevos
- 350 gr de azúcar
- 1 cucharadita de sal
- Esencia de vainilla o mantequilla
- 400 ml de leche líquida
- 500 gr de mantequilla
- 500g wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 350g sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- Vanilla extract or butter
- 400ml milk
- 500g butter

I will start the process as my grandmother taught me by placing the sugar in a clean bowl, we will add all of it and we will also add all of our butter.

We add all the butter as I told you and we're going to stir with a wooden spatula for ten minutes until our ingredients gently compact and the mixture becomes pasty and a little soft; it should have a beige color since when beating the sugar with the butter it foams up, then it's time to add our first egg followed by this step.

We will now add the eggs one by one. We add one, then stir carefully, integrating the egg into the pasty mixture of sugar and butter. Then we add the second egg and repeat the stirring step until dissolved. Then we add the butter essence. In this case, I like it a lot because it gives the cakes a more delicious flavor.

Next, we add the flour, sifting it well with a strainer, and beat with folding motions until the flour is well incorporated with the other ingredients. While doing this, we gradually add liquid milk to integrate with the flour. Then we grease and flour the tray or mold where we will add the mixture, which we will then put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°.

Once the baking time is over, our cake should be golden brown. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate it for 20 minutes. Now you can enjoy your delicious, fluffy cake!
