My Lunch Story (with Nutrition) :
Today’s lunch felt a little special and exciting. Sunday meals always feel richer and more flavorful. Even though it is a special meal, I still try to observe the nutrition balance on my plate.
My lunch included chicken biryani, paneer butter masala, aloo gobi, jeera corn masala, vegetable salad, mixed fruit salad, banana, sapota, kalakand, and mango juice.
Chicken and paneer gave me strong protein for muscle growth and body strength. Biryani rice gave carbohydrates which provide energy for my body and brain. Vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, corn, cucumber, carrot, tomato, onion, and lemon supported digestion and immunity.
Fruits added natural sweetness and vitamins, while mango juice refreshed my body. Even though Sunday lunch is slightly heavier, it still provided important nutrients for an active lifestyle.

The fresh banana and sapota added natural sweetness, and the salad with lemon gave a light and fresh balance to the rich dishes.

My school has strict rules during lunch time. We are not allowed to take photos while eating. The school campus has surveillance cameras and once a student was caught taking photos and the principal took the phone.
