For this, first we have to take some rice and grind it with the help of a machine, that is, grind it very fine like flour with the help of a machine and bring it home and add enough water to make it suitable for making pitha.
And in that mixture of flour and water, add sugar or jaggery, whichever you like, and mix it well with the required amount of sugar or jaggery. Once mixed, check whether the sugar or jaggery is close to the desired level, that is, whether it is sweet according to taste.
Then, heat one kilogram of oil in such a way that the oil starts boiling as soon as the pitha is added and becomes suitable for making pitha.
Once the oil is hot enough, with the help of a chamiz or something else, drop some of the mixture, that is, the mixture of flour, sugar, and water, into the oil and after a while you will see that it has risen on one side. It will take one to two minutes.
Then, to take that pita down and go to another pita, take it again in a spoon and put that mixture in the oil again. In this way, the oil pita will be made, which is very delicious to eat hot and nutritious, which is known to the gardeners and is used in our country.
It is a very simple and accurate way to entertain guests, meaning it can be made in a short time, which has the special quality that we can quickly make for ourselves and others.
