Holaaaaa, muy buenas noches para todos los amantes de la repostería, hoy vengo a compartirles la receta de mi pastel de cumpleaños.❤️🍰
Ingredientes:
-6 tazas de harina.
-4 tazas de azucar.
-2 tazas de chocolate.
-Una cucharada de polvo de hornear.
-Una cucharada de sal.
-Una cucharada de vainilla.
-4 huevos.
-Dos tazas de leche.
-Una taza de aceite.
Preparación:
Bueno amig@ reposter@s, empezamos echando todos los ingredientes secos en un tazón grande, primero la harina, luego el azucar, el chocolate, la sal y el polvo de hornear, los unimos muy bien para luego echar los ingredientes liquidos en otra taza aparte, primero echamos la leche, luego los huevos, la vainilla y el aceite, mezclamos muy bien y lo incorporamos con los ingredientes secos. Unimos todo muy bien de forma envolvente. Cuando ya tengamos una mezcla homogénea dejamos reposar y encendemos el horno a 290 grados mientras embadurnamos la bandeja donde echaremos la mezcla, esto lo haremos con mantequilla y harina. Cuando tengamos todo listo echamos la mezcla en la bandeja y al horno por unos 45 minutos. Este pastel nos quedara tipo brawnie, humedo y delicioso.🤭🤩
