Good morning friend's, is my first time posting on this community, I hope I'm welcome. I will be writing about how to prepare a meal call Beans, I know some of you people know the food called Bean's, is a protein meal and also easy to prepare in any form you wish, it has enough of protein and iron is one of the six classes of food, you can eat it with any of the food items I will mention below.
- Jollof rice and beans
- Beans and custard
- Beans and plantain
- Beans and yam
- Drinking of Garri with Beans and so on
How can you prepare your Beans in way to taste delicious.
- Select the dirt from the beans
- wash the beans and cook it still it soft
- Use a dry pot and fry your onions and red oil together with salt.
- Shifter the water from the beans after us been soft and cook it again..
- Add your fry oil and onions inside the Beans and cook it for 2minute
- Add your pepper, crayfish, fish, maggi inside and turn it until is mix properly, then leave it to be cook for 5minute
- Lastly is ready for consumption.
