Este jugo de remolacha es altamente rico en carbohidratos, proteínas y azúcar; cuando decidí preparar la bebida para mi participación quise que fuera con un alimento muy colorido y de esos que me encanta consumir sin necesidad de cocinar, la remolacha nos ayuda en nuestro sistema cardiovascular y aparte de ello combinado con la naranja 🍊 es una gran fuente de vitamina C. Estamos en tiempos donde los virus hacen de las suyas y que mejor manera que combatirlos con un excelente jugo lleno de tantas propiedades para nuestra salud. Es importante destacar que puedes consumirlos dos veces por semana y en ayunas para que te dé un gran nivel de energía durante el día. Particularmente uso la remolacha en ensaladas, pero lo que hago es rallarla para consumirla lo más fresca posible; por otra parte constantemente hago jugo de naranjas en la mañanas para que mis pequeños adquieran las ricas bondades de esta fruta. La combinación les encanta de jugo y así los enseño a comer mucha variedad en alimentos, puedes agregar la zanahoria para un tres en uno, y seguir aumentando el nivel de beneficios.
Ingredientes Para El Jugo
- 1 remolacha grande.
- 4 naranjas con mucho jugo.
- 1/4 de taza de azúcar.
- 2 vasos de agua.

This beet juice is highly rich in carbohydrates, proteins and sugar; when I decided to prepare the drink for my participation I wanted it to be with a very colorful food and one of those that I love to consume without the need to cook, beets help us in our cardiovascular system and apart from that combined with orange 🍊 it is a great source of vitamin C. We are in times where viruses do their thing and what better way than to fight them with an excellent juice full of so many properties for our health. It is important to note that you can consume them twice a week and on an empty stomach to give you a high level of energy during the day. I particularly use beets in salads, but what I do is grate them to consume them as fresh as possible; On the other hand, I constantly make orange juice in the morning so that my little ones acquire the rich benefits of this fruit. They love the combination of juice and so I teach them to eat a lot of variety in foods, you can add the carrot for a three in one, and continue increasing the level of benefits.
Ingredients For The Juice
- 1 large beet.
- 4 oranges with lots of juice.
- 1/4 cup of sugar.
- 2 glasses of water.

Corta las naranjas y exprime, siempre coloco un colador para evitar que se vayan semillas. Las naranjas que yo use tiene suficiente jugo, de lo contario usa más.

Paso Dos 🔪
Ralla la remolacha, aunque también la puedes picar en trozos. Yo la raye por problemas con mis cuchillas, sin embargo me parece que los jugos se absorben mejor con esta rallada.

Lleva todo a la licuadora y que se vaya licuando hasta que no veamos grumos.

Volvemos a colar para evitar grumos, vale la pena destacar que quedara pulpa de remolacha y solo vamos a extraer el jugo de esta. Yo luego la uso como abono para mis plantas o también puedes hacer unas ricas arepas, nada se desperdicia del todo 😉.
