Ingredients
To make this delicious dessert, you will need the following ingredients:
1 pack of clear/transparent gulaman (gelatin)
3 cups of water
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 can of creamy corn
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of evaporada (evaporated milk)
Guidelines
Here's how to make Creamy Corn Jelly at home, step by step:
Boil the Gulaman: Dissolve the transparent (clear) gulaman in three cups of water in a kettle. Add one tablespoon of sugar, then thoroughly mix. On medium heat, bring the mixture to a boil.
Add Creamy Corn: Add the can of creamy corn to the gulaman mixture after it begins to boil. Mix thoroughly to blend.
Add the Milks: Stir in the evaporated milk and condensed milk. To make sure all the components are evenly incorporated, thoroughly mix. Let the mixture come back to a boil.
Cool and Chill: Remove from the fire as soon as the mixture reaches a boil. Gently pour the heated mixture into the mold or tub of your choosing. Before putting it in the refrigerator, allow it to cool to room temperature. To set the gelatin, chill it for at least 4 hours.
Once the gelatin has completely set, it's time to serve and enjoy. You can also add grated cheese or creamy corn for toppings. Scoop or cut into squares, then enjoy your creamy corn jelly!
