Tomatoes as we all know is a fruit botanically and a vegetable,because tomatoes are served and consumed in everyday meals among others and usually served in various recipe for breakfast ,lunch and dinner and not as fruits which are generally served as dessert after meals
Therefore botanically tomatoes are fruits that are considered vegetables by nutritionist ..”fruit” is a ripenedflower ovary which contains seed. In more understanding stems plants , leaves plants ,roots plants ,tubers crops and green beans including tomatoes are fruits considered as vegetable by nutrtionist
