hello ππ½ππ½ how are you doing today.. I hope you're always doing fine and well..I'm happy to share to you today one of my family's favorite dessert--the CREAMY MANGO GRAHAM DESSERT
When I became a mother, I always looked for ways on how to creatively use the leftovers mangoes in the fridge..so I'm just happy with the outcomes of my creative ideas making this creamy dessert out of the leftovers mangoes..
So here are the following ingredients needed to start:
2 packs of graham crackers
4pcs of ripened mangoes(sliced)
1 can Creamdensada
1/2 can of condensed milk (you can always adjust its sweetness)
Crushed grahams for toppings( optional)
Plastic tubs
Here's what you're going to do in making the dessert...
First prepare cream mixture
I already chilled overnight the Creamdensada or you can use NestlΓ© all purpose cream
Since I don't have any electric mixer...I just mixed it manually,beat it with whisk so that it can double the size of your mixture..
And alternately add up the condensed milk..
Slowly beating it..so that condensed milk it will be mixed thoroughly..
When it's done..prepare the tubs and the graham crackers..and also sliced the mangoes into thin slices or thin strips..
Lay down a layer of the graham crackers in a plastic tubs
Spread a generous amount of cream mixture over the graham crackers
Add a layer of mangoes..until the plastic tubs will be filled with Graham,cream and mango..
If done you can topped it with crushed grahams and garnished it with a sliced of mangoes...
And so I've made 3 tubs out of the leftovers mangoes...
If done,cover it and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or it could be best if you refrigerate it overnight to soften the crackers and absorbed its cream..
Once chilled you can serve this with the whole family and let them enjoy this creamy and delicious mango dessert...
