Sometimes it's very challenging to look for something to cook that's healthy, affordable and quick to cook.Today let's embrace and love vegetables in our daily cooking. I'm sharing to you now the making of a simplier,crispier and healthier way of cooking spinach-- THE STIR FRY SPINACH
I made a simple and flavorful dish today just perfect for my dinner.
Here's what you'll need to make this vegetarian meal plan.
250g of spinach
1 clove of garlic (chopped)
1 medium sized onion (chopped)
1-2 tbsp of cooking oil
1 tbsp of soy sauce (optional)
1/4 tsp Salt to taste
Procedures
I prepare the spinach by washing it thoroughly and drain well and after that I cut it into 5cm sections including its stalks..
I add some oil over the medium high heat and sauté the garlic and onion for 20 seconds until fragrant
I tossed in the spinach stalks quickly,stir fried it for 2 minutes until cooked but still fresh and green.
I added the fresh spinach leaves..
And I simply seasoned it with a pinch of salt,a little splash of soy sauce.
Simmer it for a few seconds and it's finished served it immediately and paired this with rice.
I made sure that I cooked and explore variety,a nutrient rich and affordable dish everyday.
I made sure that veggies are star on my table.
