Hello@hivefood community ππ½I'm here today to share to you a quick recipe meal that's good for breakfast..
Whenever I woke up late I find this recipe a very quick to prepare inorder not to be late in going to school.Here are the list of ingredients if you want something delicious for your breakfast..
Ingredients
1 small can of corned tuna chili flavor (optional - you can also the tuna in red can which is not chili flavored)
2 medium sized eggs
1 small onion (sliced)
Small amount of oil
1 large potatoes(diced)
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedures:
Placed the corned tuna in a bowl or plate..
Once it done placing the whole tuna in a bowl,break add the whole two eggs in a bowl,and mix it thoroughly together with the corned tuna.
After mixing it,prepare the potatoes.. potatoes will be cooked first before adding it in the mixture..
So to cook the potatoes prepare the pan..Once heated,add a small amount of oil. And quickly cook the potatoes.
Simmer for about 1-2 minutes..Once potatoes are tender.Remove it in a pan and placed it in a plate.
This time add all the cooked potatoes in a mixture( tuna with eggs)mix it thoroughly
Prepare the pan again...Add a little amount of oil in a medium heat,saute the onions,and finally add the mixture seasoned with a little salt and pepper to taste..
Simmer for about 5 minutes or until it's cooked and done..
You can now enjoy dining in..surely kids will love to eat this
Served hot with rice and drinks..
