Hello hi everyone hope you all are well and making delicious food. This is also my entry with new recipe in . My today dish is very yummy and my favourite. It's a colourful Layers Chicken Biryani. I often made this biryani in a week. Today i made it at lunch time 😄. I want to share my recipe with all of you. Hope you will like it and must try. First i will explain the ingredients and spices. So let's start.
Ingredients
One kg chicken
One kh rice
Ginger garlic
Onions
Tomatoes
Green chillies
Yogurt
Spice's
Red chilli
Turmeric
Salt
Garm masala
Biryani masala
Dry grind coriander
Chilli flakes
Ginger garlic powder
Process
First i took two cup yogurt in a bowl blend it then added whole spices in the yogurt and mixed well. Then i added chicken in this mixture.
I rest the chicken half hour in the freezer. At the other side i took a pan and cutting onions in the pot. I put some oil for frying the onions tomato and green chillies.
After two minutes i adedd marinated chicken in the onion mixture and put also whole spices that i explained above.
I fried marinated chicken for making more delicious. Marinated chicken gives a different taste. I cooked it in oil very well then put one glass water until the chicken cooked well and oil came on the surface.
At the other side i boiled rice added sabat garm masala salt and lemon.
Now i started to make layers in a wide and big pan. First i put oil then put a layer of boiled rice. Then put gravy of chicken. In this way i made whole layers. At the last i put yellow colour on the rice for making them in beautiful colours.
I covered rice with lid for five minutes. After five minutes my biryani is ready.
I dish out a plate of biryani garnished it with raita and tomato for making final pictures. I captured pictures in different style.
