Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog. I hope you guys all are well and enjoying healthy food 😌. I also always try to make healthy and delicious food for myself and my family. Today I cooked White Chickpeas Pulao that I cooked after many times. I served it with yogurt raita. I want to share my recipe with all of you so let's start the process.
Ingredients
250 gram chickpea
Onions
Half kg rice
Tomato
Green chillies
Chicken
Ginger garlic paste
Spices
Salt
Black pepper
Cumin seeds
Chilli flakes
Process
First I soaked chickpeas for one hour. Then other side I prepared ingredients cut onions washed chicken and made ginger garlic paste . I used 3 pieces of chicken just for taste because chicken cube was not available that's why I used some chicken pieces. I fried onions till golden brown shade.
At the other stove I boiled chickpeas adding one tablespoon salt. Then I added ginger garlic paste in the onions and cut tomato slices green chillies and added chicken pieces. I cooked it for five minutes.
After cooking gravy I added boiled chickpeas in the gravy and mixed well again. Later on I added whole spices then cooked for a minute.
Later on I added two glass water for rice till the boiler come. After boiling gravy I added soaked rice in the gravy and mixed well.
After drying water in the rice I covered and put on dum under low flame. After 5 minutes I opened and Pulao is ready. You can see final look.
