Hello Hiverss ! hope you all very well and enjoying here I'm after a long time it's also a long story to tell but anyways today I'm sharing a very delicious recipe of rice and beef which is very famous in Pakistan and India and everyone's love obviously is Biryani and actually I'm obsessed with biryani i can eat it a whole week without any break it's so delicious and flavourfull I'm stepping it out below that how i made it
Step one 1///
In the beginning i cut alot of onions here i cut almost 4 normal size onions because I'll separate some fried onions for the end of garnishing
Step Two 2 ///
In step two i mash 4 cloves of garlic and garlic with the same quanity i mash it with the traditional way
Step Three 3 ///
i added slits into the green chilies 3 is enough for the flavor
Step Four 4 ///
I cut 3 tomatoes into very small pieces so that they can easily softens and i mash with the spoon i used a big one adding enough tomatoes for the better gravy it thickens the gravy
Step Five 5 ///
i peel a big size potato and cut into four pieces and soaked them into water because potato has iron and calcium when it directly contact with air it will turn black so i pour it in water
Step Six 6 ///
I'm using this Sachet of Shan Special Bombay Biryani Spices mix a whole pack is enough for half kg rice i always prefer shan masala's their flavour are wonderful and the quality is awesome must try out
Step Seven 7 ///
in meanwhile i cooked the beef with slow flame on pressure cooker almost for 45 mints and when its 80% cooked i dish out for further i cook it on with the gravy of biryani
Step Eight 8 ///
here i started cooking i add some oil with onions and fry them until deep golden brown
Step Nine 9 ///
and finally the onions turn golden brown i take out some onions for garnishing
Step Ten 10 ///
These are the Whole spices i used with bombay biryani Masala

Here i put tomatoes into the fried onions and all spices and add the water of beef stock which is left while cooking beef it add very rich flavor into the gravy
Step Twelve 12 ///
after cooking the gravy i added beef and potatoes into the gravy and cooked it for half hour to sure potatos and beef were fully cooked added the green chillies i slitted for
Step Thirteen 13 ///
i add for sour flavor tamarind and soaked for a while in warm water and add it into the gravy
Step Fourteen 14 ///
i boil half kg rice and leave it on 80% cook while further on sealed cooking method
Step Fifteen 15 ///
Here i put all the rice above to the gravy and add fried onions , parsley or green corianders and add yellow food colour also and add stove into low flame and sealed it for 5 minutes and then stove off and wait for 15 minutes and after it's ready for eat and dish out with salad and Raita
