One of the most important issues many health conscious, pro organic food people face is that while they try hard to avoid eating synthetic foods, they end up indirectly consuming them when they eat plants and animals that feed on synthetics. It's really difficult to completely avoid these things in a world that depends alot on synthetic products.
But how toxic are all these to our bodies, specifically eating plants or animals that feed on synthetic foods? Firstly (& fortunately), plants and animals have very sophisticated cleaning systems that help remove toxic substances from their bodies but the systems do not always remove all the substances especially when they are too much than they can handle. It's better to try as much as possible to minimize the quantity of toxic substances that enter your body and hope that the body is healthy enough to effectively remove the little it comes across.
The rest of the toxins do end up in blood and other parts of the body where they create problems. Imagine if this happens in the bodies of animals or plants that are to be consumed, the consumer would end up eating the toxins along with the foods.
My advice to health conscious pro organic food people in difficult situation like this is to always eat animals or plants that are fed with natural foods and manure, or what is termed organic foods. If unsure whether you are getting the right kind of foods from sellers, try buying directly from sources that are proven to be consistent in feeding their animals or plants with organic foods.
