Noche de sushi en casa 🍣🥢 | Combo 50 piezas + Temaki [ ESP-ENG]

Desde que probé el sushi por primera vez quedé completamente enamorada y cada vez que tengo la oportunidad es esa mi mejor opción para comer algo diferente y aunque ya tengo mi restaurante favorito de sushi hay veces en las que preferimos quedarnos en casa y pedir algo por IFood.

Ever since I first tried sushi, I've been completely in love, and whenever I have the chance, it's my go-to option for something different. Even though I already have my favorite sushi restaurant, sometimes we prefer to stay home and order something through iFood.

Buscando opciones en la aplicación encontramos una muy buena oferta de un restaurante llamado Casa Do Sushi Santa Cândida el cual constaba de 50 piezas y por elegir este combo podíamos agregar gratis una de las 3 opciones mini para acompañar.

While browsing the app, we found a great deal from a restaurant called Casa Do Sushi Santa Cândida. It included 50 pieces, and by choosing this combo, we could add one of three mini side dishes for free.

Nuestro pedido llegó bastante rápido y además de lo que pedimos nuestro combo vivo acompañado de jengibre, wasabi, unos sobres de salsa de soya, unos sobres de salsa tarê y 2 pares de hashis (palitos chinos).

Our order arrived quite quickly, and in addition to what we ordered, our live combo came with ginger, wasabi, some packets of soy sauce, some packets of tare sauce, and 2 pairs of chopsticks.

El combo vino dividido en 3 partes, una bandeja grande con 40 piezas surtidas de 4 sabores en total (10 rollos de cada sabor). En su mayoría los rolls eran de salmón pero uno de ellos era de tilápia y aunque el sabor no es igual a mi me gustó y me pareció muy bueno.

The combo came in three parts: a large tray with 40 assorted pieces of four flavors in total (10 rolls of each flavor). Most of the rolls were salmon, but one was tilapia, and although the flavor wasn't the same, I liked it and thought it was very good.

Otra bandeja contenía 10 Hot Rolls Philadelphia, los cuales son empanizados y fritos, con topping de queso crema y salsa tarê. Estos fueron mis rolls favoritos y siento que el toque crocante que le dio el empanizado frito hizo elevar aún más su sabor y gusto.

Another tray contained 10 Philadelphia Hot Rolls, which are breaded and fried, topped with cream cheese and tarê sauce. These were my favorite rolls, and I feel that the crispy touch from the fried breading enhanced their flavor even more.

Por último la opción gratis de nuestro combo, la cual fue un mini Temaki Philadelphia, que no es más que arroz, salmón y queso crema envueltos en una capa de alga nori en forma cónica, pero, a diferencia del Temaki común este venía empanizado y frito, lo que sin duda le dio no solo más sabor sino también mucha más chocancia.

Finally, the free option in our combo was a mini Philadelphia Temaki, which is simply rice, salmon, and cream cheese wrapped in a cone-shaped layer of nori seaweed. However, unlike a regular Temaki, this one was breaded and fried, which undoubtedly gave it not only more flavor but also a much more shocking effect.

Solo por la experiencia probé algunos de los rolls con wasabi y con jengibre pero la verdad no me encantó, en mi caso prefiero acompañar mis Rolls con salsa de soya y salsa tarê, ya que son mis favoritas para este tipo de comida porque siento que combinan muy bien con ella y que además intensifican aún más el sabor de los rolls.

Just for the experience, I tried some of the rolls with wasabi and ginger, but honestly, I didn't love them. Personally, I prefer to have my rolls with soy sauce and tare sauce, as they're my favorites for this type of food because I feel they combine very well and also intensify the flavor of the rolls even more.

Este fue un excelente combo que también tuvo un excelente precio, lo mejor de todo es que no tuvimos ni que salir de casa para comer algo delicioso y diferente, pudiendo disfrutar de ello en la comodidad de nuestro hogar y ahorrandonos la salida.

This was an excellent combo that also had an excellent price; best of all, we didn't even have to leave home to eat something delicious and different, being able to enjoy it in the comfort of our own home and saving ourselves the trip out.
