Hi bloggers and food lovers, do you like pizza? This time I’m going to make pizza, and this dish is my entry for this week’s Hive Top Chef! contest hosted by . My homemade pizza features plenty of tomato sauce and tomatoes as toppings, along with smoked beef and cheese slices. This pizza is perfect for a family meal when everyone gathers in the living room. Okay, let’s get started
Ingredients:
- 100 grams all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 50 ml milk
- mozzarella cheese
- 3 slices of smoked beef
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tomato
- parsley flakes
Instructions:
- Place the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and yeast in a bowl
Add the milk to the bowl, then knead the dough until well combined
Once combined, add a pinch of salt and the margarine
- Knead the dough again until smooth
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes
After resting, knead the dough again, then shape it on a non-stick pan that has been coated with olive oil
Shape the dough into a circle on the non-stick pan
- Shape the dough into a circle on the non-stick pan and prick the dough with a fork
- Spread tomato sauce over the pizza dough
Add slices of smoked beef on top dd slices of mozzarella cheese on top
Add tomato slices on top
- Spread more tomato sauce on top
Add parsley flakes on top
Then turn on the heat and cook the pizza over low heat for 15 minutes
Check the bottom of the pizza, once it starts to brown and dry out, turn off the heat and serve on a plate
- Serve the pizza while it's still warm
- The mini tomato pizza is ready to eat
