Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared Rice Flour–Crusted Potato Sticks with Tamarind Dip, I am happy you all liked my post and gave me great feedback.
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Creamy Yougrt Kidney Beans.
Let's see how I made it.
Ingredients
- Kidney Beans ( 250 kg )
- Yougrt ( 1 cup )
- Cumin seeds ( 1 tbsp )
- Ginger-Garlic Paste ( 2 sp )
- Oil ( 1 cup )
- Onion ( 50 grams )
- Tomato ( 50 grams )
- Spices Powder ( according to taste )
- Fresh Coriander
Process
Guys, I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a recipe of Creamy Yougrt Kidney Beans.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.
So first I soaked the kidney beans overnight to soften them and now I boiled them and strained the water from them and kept it aside.
Now I poured cooking oil into a pot and then added cumin seeds to it.
When the cumin seeds turned brown, I added finely chopped onion to it and then added ginger garlic paste.
After frying them for a while, I added tomato to it and then I added ground spices including salt, ground red chillies, turmeric, hot spices and chili flakes.
Add all these spices and roast them well.
Now I added yogurt to it and cooked it for some time, then added the boiled kidney beans and roasted them for a few moments.
Now add the water that we had kept aside after boiling the kidney beans and cook it for about 5 to 10 minutes until the water becomes a thick gravy.
So now my Creamy Yougrt kidney Beans are ready. Finally, I sprinkled fresh coriander on top.
This comforting kidney bean curry is rich, creamy, and full of depth.
Every spoonful is warm, hearty, and beautifully balanced — a wholesome homemade dish with an elegant, international touch.
Final Look:
Slow-cooked beans are blended into a smooth, spiced gravy, enhanced with the gentle tang of yogurt and topped with fresh green herbs for a burst of freshness.
