Today my in this blog I will share with you guys a new recipe.
Last time I shared the recipe of Creamy Yougrt Kidney Beans, I am happy you all liked my recipe and gave me great feedback.
Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Dumplings & Veggie Salad with Mint Yogurt Dressing.
Let's see how I made it.
Ingredients
- Potatoes ( 300 grams )
- Black and White Chickpea ( 300 grams )
- Cucumber ( 200 grams )
- Yougrt ( 1 kg )
- Dumplings ( 200 grams )
- Tomato ( 100 grams )
- Cabbage ( 200 grams )
- Salt & Chaat Masala ( according to taste )
- Mint and Coriander leaves ( for mint sauce )
- Green Chillies ( 1 or 2 )
Process
Guys, so far I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a new dish with you guys.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.
So first boil the potatoes, peel them, and then cut them into small cubes.
I soaked the black and white chickpeas a day before so that they would become soft and then the next morning, that is today, I boiled them and added them to it, and then I chopped the cabbage very finely and added it too.
Dumplings are made by making a mixture of gram flour and frying it.
I had brought ready-made dumplings from the market and had soaked them some time ago.
When they became soft, I squeezed the water out of them and added them to it.
I also chopped cucumbers and tomatoes very finely and added them.
And mixed all these veggies well. Now it was the turn to make mint yogurt.
For this, I put mint & coriander leaves, salt and one or two green chillies in a grinder and grind them.
And in this way I prepared mint sauce. Now I took fresh Yougrt in a bowl and added mint sauce to it and mixed it well.
So this is my mint yogurt ready. Now I added mint yogurt to the veggies mixture and mixed it well.
So now I have taken them out on a plate. The chat masla are optional, if you want to add them, then do so.
This vibrant bowl is a perfect harmony of texture and freshness.
Final Look:
Soft chickpea dumplings and tender potatoes blend beautifully with crisp garden vegetables, all wrapped in a cool, creamy mint yogurt dressing.
Light yet satisfying, every bite delivers a refreshing burst of herbs and a comforting homemade touch — a wholesome dish with a delightful international flair.
