Today I am going to share with you guys the recipe of Homestyle Sautéed Vegetable Medley.
Let's see how I made it.
Ingredients
- Turnips ( 300 kg )
- Spinach ( 300 kg )
- Potatoes ( 150 kg )
- Carrot ( 100 kg )
- Bell Pepper ( 100 kg )
- Cumin seeds ( 1 sp )
- Oil ( 1 cup )
- Tomato ( 50 grams )
- Onion ( 50 grams )
- Salt & turmeric ( according to taste)
- Chilli flexes & chilli powder ( according to taste)
Process
Guys, I have shared most of the recipes with you, so today I am going to share a recipe of Homestyle Sautéed Vegetable Medley.
So, without wasting time, I will tell you how to make it.
So first I put the spinach and turnips in a pressure cooker and added a little water and steamed them for about seven to eight minutes.
After removing the steam, both the spinach and turnips were well cooked. I mashed them lightly with the help of a spoon.
Now I added cooking oil to a separate pot and added carrot slices and fried them for a while.
After a few moments I also added chopped potatoes and bell pepper to it.
I sautéed the vegetables for a while and then added salt and turmeric to it and sautéed for a while longer.
When the vegetables were about 70 percent cooked, I took them out in a plate and added cooking oil to the pot again.
Fry the cumin seeds in cooking oil for a while and then add finely chopped onion to it and brown it and then add chopped tomato to it.
Now I added ground spices including salt, red chili, turmeric, chilli flexes and roasted the spices well and now I added the paste or mixture of turnip and spinach to it and cooked it until its water dries up.
Now I added the sautéed vegetables to it and after frying it for a while, I cooked it until the vegetables released their oil.
So here is my vegetable medley is ready. I have taken it out on a plate.

Final Look:
