Hello friends, I hope you’re all doing well. One of the things you’ll always find on the streets of most Venezuelan cities are the famous ‘Venezuelan hot dogs’
Our hot dogs are a fusion of other cultures, adapted to our Venezuelan taste, and the fabulous “con todo” is a must-try, featuring soft bread, a hot sausage, vegetables, crispy chips and a variety of sauces that make it unique.
I love the ‘con todo’ hot dog, and I also love adding Parmesan cheese to it.
The place where we ate is called Mix Variado 2026 and is located on Calle Portuguesa in Anaco, on the famous ‘Hunger Street’ (Hunger Street). It probably goes by that name because there are lots of street food vendors of all kinds along the street, selling food until late into the night.
This is one of the most ordinary hot dogs you’ll see in Venezuela, as there are others that are far more extravagant. I hope to share with you soon another type of street food and, above all, the different options available.

Hola amigos, espero que se encuenten muy bien. Una de las cosas que siempre tiene una carretera venezolano en la mayoria de las ciudades son los famosos "Perros calientes Venezolanos"
Nuestros perros calientes son la combinación de otras culturas y adaptadas a nuestro sabor venezolano, donde no puede faltar el fabuloso “con todo” caracterizado por el pan suave, salchicha caliente, vegetales, papitas crujientes y una variedad de salsas que lo hacen único.
A mi me encanta el con todo en el perro caliente, y además tambien amo echarle queso parmesano.
El lugar donde comimos se llama Mix Variado 2026 ubicado en la calle portuguesa de Anaco, en la famosa "Calle del hambre", tal vez lleva ese nombre porque a lo largo de la calle hay muchos vendedores de comida callejera de todo tipo y venden comida hasta largas horas de la noche.
Este es un o de los perro calientes mas normales que pueden ver en Venezuela, ya que hay otros mas exuberantes. Pronto espero compartir con ustedes de otro tipo de comida callejera y sobre todo de los distintas opciones que hay.
