I tell you that as a child I didn't like vegetables very much, I remember the ones I used to eat the most were carrots, potatoes and cabbage, and in my teens I started to introduce them to my daily diet because of all the benefits they bring to our body. Although I do not have a favorite vegetable dish, because they all fascinate me, today I share with you one very easy to prepare and with an exquisite flavor, it is a sautéed vegetables with a sweet and sour touch, I really like to make this dish because my family loves it, so here I leave you my recipe and the step by step, I hope you like it.
O2 zanahorias, 1/4 de repollo, 01 calabacin, 01 cebolla, 01 pimentón, 01 cebollin, 02 cucharadas de ketchup, 02 cucharadas de salsa de soja, 01 cucharada de azúcar, 01 cucharada de vinagre, 01 cucharadita de maicena, 02 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, sal, semilla de sésamo y pimienta al gusto.
O2 carrots, 1/4 cabbage, 01 zucchini, 01 onion, 01 bell pepper, 01 scallion, 02 tablespoons ketchup, 02 tablespoons soy sauce, 01 tablespoon sugar, 01 tablespoon vinegar, 01 teaspoon cornstarch, 02 tablespoons olive oil, salt, sesame seed and pepper to taste.

Para hacer esta deliciosa receta comienzo haciendo la salsa agridulce, para eso en una olla coloco todos los ingrentes, primero el agua, la sal, la ketcup,la salsa de soja, el vinagre, el azúcar y la maicena lo bato con un batidor de varilla, luego la llevo a cocinar a fuego bajo batiendo constantemente hasta que espese, retiro y dejo enfriar.
To make this delicious recipe I start making the sweet and sour sauce, for that in a pot I put all the ingredients, first the water, salt, ketcup, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and cornstarch I beat it with a whisk, then I take it to cook over low heat whisking constantly until it thickens, remove and let it cool.
Seguido lavo y desinfecto los vegetales y los corto en bastones o juliana. Para esta receta pueden utilizar todos los vegetales de su preferencia.
Then I wash and disinfect the vegetables and cut them into sticks or julienne strips. For this recipe you can use all the vegetables of your preference.
Luego en un sarten coloco el aceite y cuando esté caliente añado la cebolla y cocino hasta que esté transparente, eso tarda unos dos minutos, seguido añado el pimentón, la zanahoria, el repollo salteo por unos minutos, para luego agregar el calabacin, ya que éste se cocina más rápido, la sal y la pimienta tapo y continuo cocinando a fuego bajo.
Then in a frying pan I put the oil and when it is hot I add the onion and cook until it is transparent, that takes about two minutes, then I add the paprika, the carrot, the cabbage and sauté for a few minutes, and then add the zucchini, since it cooks faster, salt and pepper, cover and continue cooking over low heat.
Pasado cinco minutos le añado el cebollin, luego la salsa agridulce, remuevo para que que se impregnen los sabores y cocino por tres minutos más hasta que estén tiernos. .
After five minutes I add the onion, then the sweet and sour sauce, stir to impregnate the flavors and cook for three more minutes until tender.
¡Y listo!, a la hora de servir espolvoreo semillas de sésamo para disfrutar unos deliciosos y nutritivos vegetales que lo podemos acompañar con alguna carne, yo lo acompañé con unos muslos horneados. Espero que les hayas gustado.
