Ingredients:

- 2 cups liquid milk or water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Step 1: Beat the butter with the sugar until it becomes creamy and the butter lightens its yellow color, integrate the vanilla for about 3 minutes, maximum speed.
Step 2: add the eggs one by one while continuing to beat.
Step 3: add two cups of milk, which is equivalent to one glass.
Step 4: incorporate everything dry after sifting (sieve) the flour, cocoa and baking powder, let beat until everything is incorporated do not over beat the mixture.
Step 5: butter and flour your mold of 20 cm in diameter, this measure is for a cake of one kilo.

For our chocolate:
- 100 g cocoa
- 100 g cornstarch
- 400 g sugar
- 2 cups of water or milk
- 3 tablespoons of butter

Step 2: over low heat and with a hand mixer beat until it thickens, when it begins to thicken add the butter and continue beating for about 25 minutes, until the mixture takes consistency like a cream.
Finally, after having your cake rested and the cream rested, cut the cake in half to fill with the cream and cover the top of the cake, you can decorate it with meringue, whipped cream or the same chocolate as you wish, it's up to your imagination.
